Unit Overview

Unit 1: Business Environment 

Aims: Gain knowledge and understanding of the environment in which organisations operate, supporting understanding of different and often complex contexts.

Unit 2: How Businesses and Organisations Work 

Aims: Provide an overview of key aspects of business, including objectives, structure, customer service, and resource requirements.

Unit 4: Working in Teams

Unit 5: Market Research
